How do I return an item?

Return Policy

SunPack Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from SunPack, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make arrangements for a refund, account credit, exchange, or replacement.

 

As an extended courtesy to our customers, we will accept returns of most merchandise purchased from SunPack within 30 days of delivery.

 

Refunds beyond 30 days are not accepted. If you item involves a Manufacturer Warranty Issue, please contact us directly.

 

Please examine your order as soon as you receive it, if your merchandise is damaged or defective, or there are items that you did not order, or you received the wrong items, please contact us immediately to make arrangements.

 

If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect a 15% per item restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from your refund. To qualify for return, items must be unopened, in original manufacturer packaging and in re-saleable condition.

 

Please contact us to receive required pre-approval for your return and a return merchandise authorization (RAM) number. Returns received without an RMA number will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

If the item is determined to be defective, we will refund your standard shipping fee and no restocking fee will be assessed.

 

Defects caused by misuse to the item or improper operation are not covered under this policy.
